What are the check-in and check-out times?+
Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM and check-out from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance.
Is parking free?+
Yes, free private parking is available on site and no reservation is needed.
Is Wi-Fi available?+
Yes, Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the property and is free of charge.
Do the apartments have a balcony or terrace?+
Yes, apartments have a balcony or terrace with outdoor furniture, and several of them look out over the lake.
Can I cook in the apartment?+
Yes, every apartment has a kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, kettle and kitchenware, and the larger apartments also have an oven and dishwasher.
Is the property family friendly?+
Yes, we offer family rooms and welcome children of all ages. Cribs and extra beds are not available, and children aged 3 and above are charged as adults.
Are pets allowed?+
No, pets are not allowed at the property.
Is smoking allowed?+
No, the whole property is non-smoking. A designated smoking area is available outdoors.
Is there breakfast, a restaurant or a pool?+
We do not serve breakfast and there is no restaurant or pool, but every apartment has its own kitchenette and several cafes and restaurants are nearby.
How far is the centre of Iława?+
The town centre is a short walk away and Iława Miasto railway station is about 1 km from the property.
